Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a loan processor
Experience with (conventional, fha, va, jumbo loans)
Experience with large deposits, working with incomes, and bank statements
Willing to work 100% onsite without any remote flexibility
Description:· Help resolve issues for underwriter· Work through guidelines with loans that are in between the final approval and closing · Processor knows how to do income, access, and solve the issue · Calculating income, review assets, and review appraisals· Perform complex data and document validation· Troubleshoot third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)· Handle more complex calls, emails or chat sessions· Complete appraisal eligibility tasks· Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines· Perform other related duties as required and assigned· Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and valuesWork Environment:
