- Build & Deliver Data pipelines connecting various enterprise data sources both RDBMS, NoSQL & APIs. Develop data mappings to existing data sources using Azure Data Factory and Azure Data bricks
- Integrate, transform, and consolidate data from various structured and unstructured data systems into structures that are suitable for building analytics solutions
- Help stakeholders understand the data through exploration, building and maintaining secure and compliant data processing pipelines by using different tools and techniques.
- Ensure that data pipelines and data stores are high-performing, efficient, organized, and reliable, given a specific set of business requirements and constraints.
- Collaborate with internal teams and interact with Architects and Product Owners to find solutions for projects and operational issues for existing and proposed Data Engineering and Analytical solutions
- Overall 2+ years of IT experience with min 2 years as Data Engineer using Big Data and cloud-based data platforms (Azure or AWS)
- Experience with Azure Data Factory Pipelines and Azure services: Azure Data Lake Gen 2, Data factory, Data Flows, Databricks and Synapse (Azure SQL DW)
- Must have solid knowledge of data processing languages, such as SQL, Python, or Scala, and they need to understand parallel processing and data architecture patterns.
- Experience with Azure SQL DB/DW, Azure Logic Apps/API Management/Service Bus, Azure AD, Azure Resource Manager,
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a cloud-based Data Engineer
- Minimum 2 years' experience and strong knowledge of Azure Data Services such as Azure Data Lake Storage, Blob Storage, Azure Data Factory,
- Good understanding of data integration and warehousing (ETL, ELT) processes
- Microsoft Certified Azure Data Engineer Certification
