Our Offer:
We offer a competitive compensation package of $5,000 per month plus a 5% commission on gross income. This commission-based compensation structure is designed to provide flexibility and rewards performance.
Example:
If you manage 10 trucks with a gross monthly revenue of $20,000 per truck, your gross income would be $200,000. Calculating 5% of this gross income, you would receive $10,000 in commission. Your total compensation would then be $5,000 base pay plus $10,000 commission, resulting in a total of $15,000.00.
Seeking a Dispatcher/Terminal Manager:
We are seeking a Dispatcher/Terminal Manager to join our company in the Permian Basin, specifically in Farc Sand Field. Within the next few weeks, we will provide you with 5 to 10 trucks equipped with sleeper units, along with drivers and our own mechanic.
Responsibilities:
As a Dispatcher/Terminal Manager, your primary responsibilities include:
1. Excellence in Negotiation and Communication: Effective communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
2. Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Frac Sand: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the frac sand industry as a dispatcher or terminal manager is required.
(Experience in other types of trucks, such as OTR reefer, dry van, or flatbed, is not acceptable for this position.)
3. Must able to get Direct Loads from Frac Sand mining Companies/Brokers: excluding the 80/20 split arrangement.
4. Identifying Compatible Customers: You will identify compatible customers for frac sand hauling at mutually beneficial rates.
