Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, with the ability to work on various types of Tractor Trailers . This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet, contributing to overall operational success. We can do some training. Must be a local in Pecos , TX. or in Odessa , TX.

Duties
Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to assess mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
Conduct inspections of air brake systems, tire changes and other critical components to ensure safety compliance.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair needs and timelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
Experience in Tractor Trailers
Proficient in using hand tools
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
