SST is seeking local skilled Laborers with construction experience and OSHA 10 certification for a project in Fort Stockton, TX!
PAY: $18.00/hr
HOURS: 6:45 AM - 5:30 PM (10 hour days, 50 hours per week)
DURATION: 3 months

Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Construction Laborers who hold OSHA 10 certification and can dig trenches, ground grid, back fill by hand, help set forms and material handling. The ideal candidate will have basic construction skills, experience with hand tools, and the ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Dig, ground grid, back fill by hand, help set forms
Material handling
Perform cleanup duties and assist with unloading materials.
Pull cable
Conduct basic maintenance tasks.
Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks.
Follow directions and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
Must have OSHA 10!
Basic construction laborer skills are required.
Experience with hand tools is required, must have tape measure and rachet set
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
A team player who works well with others.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
Must be able to stand, walk, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
