Need A Culvert Installed Raw Land Leveled Drive In

I have a piece of raw land 2 miles outside of Point Blank, Texas. I only have a small sum of money to pay. I need someone with an old used plastic culvert about 8 to 10 ft long to set it and cover it on my raw piece of land to make a driveway in. Not a whole driveway in but only about 15 ft in , so I can work and do the clearing myself. I just need to be able to get my truck up in there. It's a ditch and then it rises about 3 ft high off the road so I can't get my truck in. It bottoms out. You will need a tractor or something to move and level that dirt. You will need to supply the old piece of culvert about 12 to 20inches wide at the mouth. With a culvert there covered with dirt I will be able to get in at least 15ft so I can begin work on my land and park off the road. I will pay $500 cash the day it is done.
