We require the following personnel:
Maintenance handyman: 5 years of experience in maintaining apartments. It is important to have experience with Plumbing, electricity, and a/c—woodwork, landscaping, making it ready, etc.
We seek someone serious, responsible, hardworking, willing to learn, and open to suggestions. Knows how to work as a team.
Payment will be $12 to start according to experience.
General Labor: Basic knowledge in landscaping, paint, woodwork, cleaning, etc.
We seek someone serious, responsible, hardworking, willing to learn, and open to suggestions. Knows how to work as a team.
Payment is $80 a day.
Maid: Someone who has experience cleaning apartments and houses. The work needs to be detailed.
We seek someone serious, responsible, hardworking, willing to learn, and open to suggestions. Knows how to work as a team.
Payment will be per day.
