Busy insurance agency needing a designated phone operator to answer and direct all inbound telephone calls.
Requirements MUST HAVE’s:
-Fluent in English and Spanish verbal, writing, reading (prefer little to no accent)
-Good and polite voice
-Expert in working on computer, Mac, iPhone and iPad
-Send text messages and emails
-Experience in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Googlesheets
-Have high speed WiFi
-Have reliable transportation
This role can do most of the work remotely but there will be a weekly requirement to go into one of our offices.
Preferences:
-Have a Associates in Communication or Business
-Have experience answering phones
-Knowledge and experience working Ring Central platform
-Familiarity with writing a daily report
