We’re a busy, upscale New American restaurant focused on bold flavors, seasonal ingredients, and a welcoming vibe. Our food is chef-driven, rooted in classic techniques, but always evolving. We’re looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen, bring fresh ideas to the menu, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
Run the kitchen day-to-day—hands-on cooking, managing staff, and keeping standards high
Create seasonal, crowd-pleasing menus that reflect our style and your creativity
Manage inventory, food cost, and work with vendors to source top-quality ingredients
Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen crew—fostering a culture of respect and excellence
Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and in line with all health codes
Collaborate with front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and happy guests
What We’re Looking For:
3–5+ years experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef in an upscale or chef-driven restaurant
Experience with New American cuisine or seasonal, ingredient-focused menus
Great leadership skills—calm under pressure and able to motivate a team
Strong understanding of kitchen operations, scheduling, and cost control
Someone who’s passionate, creative, and takes pride in their work
