High School diploma or GED, some college preferred or 3 years’ experience related industry.
Bilingual English and Spanish (Speak, read, and write).
Computer Literacy knowledgeable on MS Office (Excel, Words, and Power Point).
Knowledgeable on operating office equipment (computer, fax, copier, and other office equipment).

Able to read and understand English and Spanish safety rules, operations and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals as well.
Skilled to speak effectively to customers and/or employees of the organization.
Keep updated daily reports.
Bookkeeping, filing, typing, data entry, accounting practices and general office duties.
Handle and work with multiple lines telephone system.
