job detailsWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Onsite Recruiter to join our team at a dynamic warehouse facility. In this role, you will not only manage the full-cycle recruitment process but also play an active part in daily operations by performing floor walks and providing performance coaching for employees. This is an onsite position that requires you to build relationships with both managers and staff, ensuring that recruitment and employee performance align with the client's operational goals.The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruitment, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various warehouse positions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Perform regular floor walks to monitor team performance, assess employee engagement, and address any operational issues.
Provide real-time performance coaching and feedback to employees to improve productivity and workplace morale.
Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and recruitment pipelines.
Conduct new hire orientations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
Act as the onsite point of contact for recruitment and employee performance matters.
