We are looking for dependable lawn care and construction laborers/Drivers. Drivers are part of the Landscape Maintenance or Construction design crews. Must be at least 21 years of age (for drivers)
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Drives company vehicle with a crew of 1-4 men (with or without trailer)
Planting of shrubs, ground cover, trees, artificial turf, and sod.
May dig, clean, and cover up trenches.
Assist in installing underground piping for Irrigation system.
Assist in install of heads, valves, controllers, and backflow devices for irrigation systems.
Grading, raking, removal of rocks, shrubs, and sod.
Landscape, plant trees, staking, tree planting, cut stone, and mix mortar.
Minimal rock work building retainer walls, French drains, and outside fireplaces.
Assist crew leads on loading construction equipment.
General cleanup upon completion of the work.
Operate equipment associated with landscape maintenance such as zero turn mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmer, blower and hand tools.
Landscape duties on large client properties which include mowing, edging, trimming, laying sod and mulch, cleaning up debris, digging, blowing leaves, pulling weeds, etc.
Spray or spread fertilizer, herbicides or insecticides onto grass, shrubs and trees, using manual or automatic sprayers or spreaders.
Physically fit individuals who have a record of dependability. This position will require physical abilities: walking, standing, sitting, stooping, climbing, bending, & lifting 50 lb. bags etc. This position will also include individuals who are able to work outdoors.
Qualifications
Able to meet and exceed deadlines.
Drivers Must be at least 21 years of age (for insurance purposes)
Able to follow directions from superiors and crew leaders.
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Skill in the operation and care of tools and equipment
Able to work eight hours or more five days a week with necessary breaks.
Good attendance and punctuality
We work Monday- Friday (No weekends)
We provide necessary breaks and liquids to keep you hydrated while working in the heat.
Pay is depending on experience. Applicants with a valid clear driver's license will start at a higher wage.

Minimum starting pay is $15.00 - $18.00/hourly (depending on experience)
