Position Information Position Title Supervisor Testing FLSA Non-Exempt Full Time/Part Time Full Time Department Testing Campus Central Campus Location Central Campus Hourly Rate 13.73 Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - Mon. - Thur. 7:30am-5:30pm Fri. 7:30am-11:30am Summary of Position An advanced position responsible for providing support services for CTC Testing Services to include supervision of staff. Administers and monitors, within guidelines, a wide variety of tests to include national, state, institutional, certification, and other examinations to students, the community, and the military and their families. Maintains the integrity of the testing process and exam site security. Ensures adequate staffing and inventory of testing materials. Must be able to work nights and weekends when required.Minimum Required Education Associate’s Degree from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution of higher education is required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Minimum Required Experience Three years of full time wage earning administrative/clerical experience required, preferably in a testing environment.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot basic problems encountered in a computerized testing environment.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to travel throughout the College’s community that it serves for off-site testing.
Must be eligible for coverage under CTC’s commercial auto insurance policy.
Must be eligible to administer all tests offered by the Testing Center in all locations.
Must pass background checks and meet eligibility requirements by the facility and/or testing agency for which tests are given.
Must be able to work overtime as required to include some weekends and evenings.
