Description · Ensure delivery of product detail page content, via third party provider, within established budget and timelines.· Maintain day to day interaction with third party product copy provider.· Partner with major brands to acquire digital imagery, other digital assets, or physical samples to facilitate the timely completion of product page content.· Work daily, weekly, and future task lists of products for content and image completion.· Establish and maintain good working relationships with vendors and internal partners when obtaining images, data, and other materials needed to build website pages.· Partner with Content Specialist and merchant groups to activate all significant product launches and intraday launches consistent with brand guidelines and competitive landscape demands.· Develop a thorough understanding of Academy’s policies, procedures, and safety rules.· Ability to remain flexible & innovative; Duties may change, and team member may be required to take on additional projects and/or tasks within Omnichannel Content. Requirements

Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, V Lookup

E-Commerce or Marketing background preferred

Responsible for creating hundreds of product pages/week for academy.com

Will support Team Sports & Recreation or Licensed Apparel categories

Will work closely with our one of our full-time Content Specialists on the team

Helps upload content online

Works w/ vendors

Gathers information, images

Works with internal (e.g. Magellan) & external (e.g. Nike) brands

The team uses Riversand (Product Inventory Management)

Needs to be extremely detail-oriented

Each product page needs to be categorized correctly, searchable

This has a bigger picture impact on SEO, Search, Customer Experience, Revenue, etc.

High School diploma required.

Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field of study preferred or equivalent years of related work experience required.
