Transaction Analyst

Job Description: Candidate may be in Irving Texas or Irvine California. Remote position 4 days a week, onsite 1 day a week. CoreLogic Enterprise Data Group (EDG) is looking to hire a Business Operations Analyst for the Transactions Operations team, in either Irving, TX or Irvine, CA. The Operations Analyst manages the day-to-day operations, working closely with onshore and offshore teams to ensure cycle time and quality SLAs are met; troubleshoots data & process issues; and reviews workflows and business procedures, and makes recommendations for necessary changes. Key Responsibilities for this role include: Provide daily support to on shore and offshore operations teams in processing transactions Manage offshore operations teams in the day-to-day tasks, escalations, communications Monitor, measure, report and review the ongoing performance of offshore teams assignments against cycle time and quality SLA targets Ensure offshore resource availability and capacity meet business demand Provide ongoing offshore team forecast, working closely with the vendor management team. Learn in-depth end-to-end processing flow of real estate-related Transactions Analyze complex transactions and conduct day to day research and resolution to determine corrective actions required to solve issues Assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new processes Required Experience: Understanding of public/property recorded transaction data is a must. Data operations related experience Strong intermediary to advance working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint) Project management skills is a big plus Required Skills: Bachelors degree 7 or more years of related experience Exceptional written and oral communication skills Strong team player, with hands on ability to lead teams Aptitude for math and statistics Aptitude for problem solving and investigation Ability to meet deadlines and lead teams, in a fast-paced environment Detail oriented, thorough, organized, self-motivated and dependable Ability to work independently, with limited supervision
