Sr Cloud Engineer (Terraform / Azure)

Description We are seeking a Sr Cloud Engineer (Terraform / Azure) to join our team. Located in Irving, Texas, you will be working in the Wholesale Distribution - Dur Goods industry. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining cloud-based systems, collaborating with multiple IT groups, and delivering high-quality customer service. We offer a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Collaborate with various IT groups including ERP, development, and application support to provide high-quality solutions Design and maintain Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud-based systems using Terraform Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Develop strategies for continuous improvement and efficiency gains for existing systems based on business requirements Deploy updates into the cloud environment using configuration management software Design cloud application infrastructure considering business requirements and following best practices Administer appropriate testing before deploying cloud-based applications Foster a DevOps culture and create deployment automation for managing and scaling cloud microservices and cloud infrastructure processes Build code in various languages to improve service reliability and standardize resource deployments and maintenance.
