OverviewHow You’ll Make an ImpactThe Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. This role involves conducting thorough research on target accounts, establishing initial contact with decision-makers, and nurturing relationships to generate sales opportunities. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Development, the Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in expanding Epsilon's market presence and achieving sales objectives by effectively communicating Epsilon's value proposition and addressing customer needs.What You’ll Achieve
Develop and deliver customized sales presentations that address client pain points and help them achieve their goals.
Secure new contracts by effectively negotiating and closing deals with clients.
Become a trusted advisor to your clients, managing their accounts and ensuring they're satisfied with Epsilon's solutions.
Develop your skills in consultative selling, strategic planning, and data analysis.
Who You Are
What you’ll bring with you:
Experience in Data Sales, Marketing Agencies, or MarTech/SaaS sales is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to navigate the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to conversion and closing deals.
Strong written and verbal communication for clear presentations, effective client interaction, and addressing customer challenges.
Adept at researching target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and building prospect databases.
Experience collaborating effectively with a team across departments, including Sales Directors, Subject Matter Experts, and Account Managers.
Proficient in industry-standard sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, video recording platforms, Winmo, and Microsoft 365 suite.
