Job description:
- Looking for a PowerPoint expert responsible for creating high-quality, executive-level presentations.
- " Creation of engaging PowerPoint presentations, with compelling content and visuals, for executives, sales and client service. "
- Interpret and present complicated concepts in a visually appealing and clear manner, including creating data-heavy financial graphics and charts "
- Ability to incorporate various types of motion graphics and multimedia into Microsoft Office documents/presentations "
- Ensure consistency with corporate branding guidelines, templates and style sheets "
- Edit Excel data to create graphs "
- Coordinate the day-to-day production of each project to meet all deadlines "
- Work on day-to-day updates and maintenance of existing materials and content management system "
- Work independently and autonomously while within a team environment "
- Proofread completed projects to ensure quality and accuracy "
- Collaborate with team members on complex or special projects Qualifications: "
- Expert-level PowerPoint and Excel skills experience using Excel within PowerPoint required
- Great collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team with tight, sometimes competing deadlines "
- Acute attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality and a critical eye for design "
- Passion to learn, innovate, inspire "
- Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and priorities
- Preferred Qualifications: "
- Minimum three years experience in a presentation production environment "
- Microsoft Office Specialist PowerPoint certification
