Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Analyze and report on metrics relating to employee engagement, retention, turnover and job satisfactionIdentify trends and opportunities for improvementManage employee surveys and feedback mechanisms. Analyze results to identify strengths and weaknesses in policies, programs and employee experienceResearch and stay up to date on employment laws, regulations and best practices to assist the HR Operations ManagerCompile, analyze and report workforce demographic data to support diversity, equity and inclusion initiativesProvide ad hoc reports and analyses as needed to support strategic planning, budgeting and decision makingRespond to employee requests in a timely manner with regards to payroll, HR and HRIS concernsPerform special projects and research as assigned
