They will promote experimenting with creative ideas and novel approaches to provide the highest caliber service to our customers.Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities

Facilitate the analyses and mapping ofprocesses​

Contribute to the design and implementation of processimprovements​

Identify improvement opportunities andinefficiencies​

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement ideas for continuousimprovement​

Utilize data to identify opportunities forimprovement.​

Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and maintain metrics to measure the successand impact of continuous improvementinitiatives.​

Act as a change agent, driving a culture of continuous improvement throughout theorganization.​

Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate the benefits of proposed changes andgarnersupport.​

Develop and deliver training programs to support a culture of learning, agility, andcontinuousimprovement.​

Advise and coach teams in executing improvementinitiatives​

Assist or lead multiple CIinitiatives​

Collaborate with CI initiative (kaizen) owners to achieve implementation of theirimprovementideas​

Utilize facilitation skills to enable teams to discover and improvetogether

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement, Agile, Lean, HumanPerformance Improvement (HPI), Human & Organizational Performance(HOP), Change Management, or a related field –OR– Bachelor's degreein Business, Technology, Engineering, Process Engineering, Psychology,Neuroscience, or related field​

Experience with data visualization tools and business process mapping​

Experience with training and/or facilitating​​

Skills required: Problem solving, project management, organization,leadership, communication, training, facilitation, collaboration, andstrategist ​​

Highly desired certifications: Agile (Kanban, Scrum, etc.), Lean (kaizen,Shingo, Root Cause Analysis, etc.), or Six Sigma certification (any level).​

Helpful certifications: Business Process Management (BPM)certification, Project Management Professional certification (CAPM orPMP), or Change Management Professional certification (ACMP orCCMP)

Key Metrics

Survey outcomes improve (employee engagement, training effectiveness, etc.) ​

Improve Continuous Improvement culture ​

Yearly Objectives & Key Results (OKR) met, typically including:​

Operational Learning performed & learningsshared​

Incremental improvementachieved through processoptimization.​

Stakeholder satisfaction with implemented improvements.
