Customer Service Department

Assist customers with account inquiries, payments, information requests, title requests, and more

Customer Accounts Department

Handle light collections for customers with missed payments between 1 and 29 days past due

Credit Department

Verify information and contracts with dealers

Handle outbound calls to collect necessary information

Location: Irving, TX (100% Onsite Position)Job Type: Full-TimeBenefits:

Schedule:

Monday to Friday – 8:00AM to 5:00PM or 9:00AM to 6:00PM with occasional Saturday Shifts from 8:00AM to 12:00PM.

Schedule is department-based

Compensation:Bachelors degree holders: $21.50/hr - $23.50/hrAdditional Skills:
