Job Sum m ar y : The HSE Trainer will be responsible for the day-to-day safety training needs of the company. Pr i m a ry Job F u n c t i o n :
Work with HSE Specialists and Operations team to train new hires and administer annual refresher courses.
Work in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple tasks.
Generate and distribute training reports monthly or as needed.
Maintain detailed record keeping (electronic and hard copy).
Coordinate with OQ & Training Manager for the scheduling and administration of employee training.
Assist with Safety Training topics and organization.
Assist Director-OQ & Training on HSE department related issues.
Other duties as needed.
Ex p er i e n ce:
Previous training experience preferred but not required.
E x p e r ie n ce i n p ip e l i n e i n d u st r y or r elated f a c i l i t i e s or construction pr efe rr e d .
HSE related experience preferred.
E d ucat i on/ T r a i n i n g :
Highschool diploma .
Bi-lingual.
Strong computer abilities with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
First Aid, CPR, OSHA 500 certification preferred.
