Responsibilities include: managing the pickup, processing, and delivery of online returns from several locations to FedEx, UPS, USPS and Amazon drop-off locations.
Job Description
1. Pickup of Online Returns: Travel to a specified location, collect online return items per pickup schedule provided.
2. Processing Returns: Utilize the Return Valets app to process return items, ensure all necessary information is
recorded and documented correctly.
3. Package Handling: Safely handle and transport return packages to prevent damage during transit.
4. Deliver processed packages to drop-off locations, including FedEx, UPS, USPS within specified timeframes.
5. Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with team members re: delivery status.
Requirements:
1. Medium to large size vehicle in good running condition
2. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing return items.
4. Ability to effectively use technology, including mobile apps and GPS navigation systems.
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
8. Flexibility to work variable hours based upon demand.
