Job Duties:
Coordinate international shipments and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of materials and components.
Manage freight forwarding operations and transportation arrangements aligned with production schedules.
Prepare and maintain accurate customs documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), Certificates of Origin (COOs), and commercial invoices.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, Incoterms, and Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes.
Track shipments and proactively address delays or disruptions to ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain up-to-date logistics and supply chain records in ERP systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics with production and project timelines.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in the supply chain.

Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
1–2 years of experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field highly-preferred.
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
Solid understanding of customs regulations, international compliance, Incoterms, and HTS codes.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Self-driven proactive initiative to respond to fluid work environments and rapidly changing priorities
Strong attention to detail.
Team player with effective interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with lean logistics or continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience using logistics management software and shipment tracking systems.
Enthusiastic team player, Creative thinker, focuses on bottom-line results while managing for Total Quality EHS Compliance
Bilingual English and any other language, preferred. (written and verbal comprehension)
