We are a semi-trucking company seeking an experienced diesel mechanic to be our first mechanic.
The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience, possess their own tools, and work independently.
Responsibilities include:
- Routine maintenance,
- Diagnosing and repairing various systems,
- Welding,
- Shop organization, and providing great customer service to our drivers.
Qualifications require a strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems, along with welding and fabrication skills.
If the mechanic proves to be a good fit and demonstrates a strong work ethic, we may consider investing in the shop and making him a partner for outside customer repairs.
