Helpers Handyman Company is looking for only the best, highly motivated, and talented Handymen that have over 10 years of hands-on experience in residential handyman work, and who has at least the following qualifications.
Minimum Requirements:
No Felonies
No Drugs or Alcohol Abuse
Able to work in the United States
Must have vehicle (Helpers will pay miles driven on job)
Must have own hand tools (not larger tools)
The skilled handyman will be responsible for performing Handyman work in and around homes and businesses as needed. As well as performing the following General duties.
Performing Property Repairs
Painting Interior and Exterior
Minor Plumbing and Electrical (Ceiling Fan, Electrical Plug, Drain Pipe, Traps, etc)
Light Framing
Sheetrock Installation and Repair
Door and Window installation
Install Landscaping
Repair Rotten Wood/Siding
Wash Windows/Clean Gutters
Install Cabinets and Vanities
Install Flagstone and Stone Rock
Install Sod
Install Laminate Floors
Install Tile (Floor and Wall)
Build Fence
Prospective Employees must:
Have Clean Record
Perform Work Independently
Have reliable transportation, have clean driving record, and be good with driving directions
Provide his/her Own Basic Tools (hammer, tapes, paint brushes, screw drivers, and other basic tools)
Be Dependable (being on-time, everyday)
Comply with No Tolerance for Drug and Alcohol Policy.
Be organized and have experience with maintaining job records/receipts.
Have good customer relationship skills
Have good work ethics.
Handyman Employees drive their own vehicles and get paid for mileage, but not for mileage to and from work.
Employee is to furnish his own hand tools and misc. tools. Helpers will provide employees with large tools and replacement parts, such as blades, etc
