Vanegas Aerial Services is looking for a Facade Shell Photographer to capture the progress of building facades at various construction sites across Houston. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual to work on high-profile projects, documenting the development of cutting-edge architecture. We provide all the necessary camera equipment, so you'll just need reliable transportation and a keen eye.
What You'll Do:
- Travel to multiple construction sites in and around Houston, TX.
- Capture high-quality images of building facades as directed by a Google Earth markup.
- Follow all on-site safety protocols and complete any required safety orientations.
- Use provided camera equipment to document progress accurately.
- PPE is required on all sites and will be provided as needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Reliable communication is a must. Smartphone is required.
- Experience with construction sites is preferred, but not required.
- Part 107 sUAS license is preferred, as some projects may involve drone photography. (Not required)
- Experience with LiDAR, GIS, or construction analysis is a major bonus.
- A basic understanding of photography is helpful, but we'll provide comprehensive instructions.
- A strong commitment to safety and a meticulous attention to detail.
Compensation:
- This is a contract position with payment on a per-job or weekly basis, depending on amount of work performed.
- You can expect to earn $150 - $250 per job, depending on your experience and qualifications.
- Travel will be compensated outside of a 50 mile radius from home location
