Looking for subcontractors in multiple fields. Some travel may be required, as the jobs are spread out over East Texas. If you or your company can handle mulitple trades is a huge plus. At the moment I'm looking for the following ( more will be added in future):
Metal working ( roofs and buildings, including repairs and renovations)
Painting crews ( exterior and interior)
Drywall
Acoustic and commercial ceilings
Spray Insulation
Flooring (multiple materials)
Must have proper documentaion, liability insurance and licensing where required.
Must have references, including pics. I will need at least 2 sites/ customers that I can contact or visit to inspect your past work. ( No exceptions )
Contract pay with varying and negotiable terms on each project.
