TOP REQUIRED SKILLS:
- ABLE TO LAYOUT FULL SCALE DRAWING OF TUBING SYSTEM
- ABLE TO MEASURE, CUT, BEND, AND FIT-UP TUBING
- ABLE TO READ AND INTERPRET HYDRAULIC SCHEMATICS
INTERVIEW PROCESS WILL INCLUDE AN ON-SITE BEND TEST.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan layout and installation in accordance with instructions or work requirements using drawings, blueprints, sketches and manual.
- Measures thread, cuts and assemble cable tray and cable tray support systems.
- Install tubing and clamps into cable tray systems.
- Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble and install tubing and piping.
- Plan and coordinate daily work with limited supervision.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize hand, hydraulic, and power tools.
- Drill and tap holes in structures and attach brackets, guards, etc. per the assemble drawing.
- Operate man lifts, scissor lifts, overhead cranes, band saws, hose cutting/crimping devices, pressure pumps, and hydraulic pumping units when necessary.
- Inspect and maintain tools.
- Follow all 6S guidelines and ensure that they are met.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Able to lift 30 lbs.
- Work at heights up to 65 feet
- Will be standing, sitting and walking throughout the workday.
- Work in a non-climate control environment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3 or more years related experience.
- Read and interpret assemble/hydraulic drawings.

JOB SUMMARY: Fabricate, Bend, Install, Assemble, Repair, and Maintain Piping Hydraulic systems.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pull, push, or pry steel components into approximate position while member is supported by hoisting device.
- Force components in to final position, using crowbars, jacks and hand tools.
- Verify vertical and horizontal alignment of components using cutting torch.
- Cut steel components to make alterations using cutting torch.
- May repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts using cutting torch and tools.
- Lay out, fabricate, assemble and install piping and piping systems.
- Plan and coordinate daily work with limited supervision.
- Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
- Comply with all Company and HSE policies and procedures.
FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to follow leads direction with little supervision.
- Plan layout and installation in accordance with instruction or work requirement schematics.
- Work at elevated heights
- Operate man lift, scissor lift, and overhead crane.
- Understand common practices for instrument fitter.
- Work in fast pace, always changing environment.
- Shall be able to measure, cut, bend and fit-up various sizes of stainless-steel piping 1", 1-1/2", and 2"
- Shall be able to layout full scale drawing of piping systems.
- Shall be able to read and interpret assembly and hydraulic drawings.
- Shall be able to maintain and operate hydraulic tabletop bender.
- Shall be able to layout pipe runs and pipe support brackets in accordance with procedures.
- Shall be able to layout, position, align, and secure sub-assemblies using a level, straight edges, combination squares, plum bobs, and measuring tape.
