Need HVAC TECHNICIAN.
MUST HAVE experience.
DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE your own equipment. We have everything you need to get straight to work.
Major plus if you know how to do other apartment related maintenance work like garbage disposals, light electrical work, can work on toilets, sinks, washers, stoves etc.
Pay depends on HVAC experience and what else you can do.
