Job Description:
As an HVAC Service Technician you will be responsible for Trouble shooting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems for our customers. Your ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide excellent customer service will play a key role in our success. You will also have the opportunity to earn commissions on additional sales while receiving a competitive salary!
Responsibilities:
Perform HVAC system installations, maintenance, and repairs for residential and commercial clients.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and provide solutions to HVAC system issues.
Ensure all systems are running efficiently and safely according to industry standards.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring high-quality service.
Promote and sell HVAC products and services to customers when appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their HVAC needs.
Be able to work in a on call rotation. We are a 24/7 company.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an HVAC technician (minimum of 3 years).
Valid HVAC certification or license.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
