What You'll Be Doing:
- Train and Thrive: Get right into the action with on-the-job training in Building Test and Balance Commissioning and Unity Control Systems installation.
- Be a Problem Solver: Assist in addressing customer inquiries about HVAC, lighting, and refrigeration services—your problem-solving skills will shine!
- Tech Support Guru: Partner with seasoned technicians to provide top-notch technical support and troubleshooting for control-related issues.
- Stay Organized: Help keep track of service requests and customer interactions to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Coordinate Like a Pro: Support the scheduling and coordination of service appointments, making sure our customers are taken care of!
What You Bring to the Table:
- A strong interest in HVAC controls—no worries if you’re new to the field!
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools is essential.
- Bilingual? Awesome! Spanish and English speakers are especially welcome.
- Basic computer skills? Familiarity with Excel is a plus!
- Communication and customer service skills that make a great impression!
- Organizational whiz with the ability to multitask effectively.
