Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with HVAC experience to join our team as an Installation, Service, and Support Technician. This role is crucial in providing outstanding customer support and technical assistance related to our control solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install Unity Control Systems (Training Included)
- Respond to customer inquiries about HVAC, lighting, and refrigeration services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HVAC and control-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and customer interactions.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating service appointments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC service or support is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Proficient in computer skills, specifically in Excel and QuickBooks Online.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
