Pay depends on performance, capability and how you operate. If your looking for professional business/ service truck pay you need liability insurance, fix your mistakes free of charge no matter the cost or severity. Otherwise it's more employee rates. We can discuss and negotiate that but it's important to be upfront. I have work year round if someone keeps my downtime to a minimum.
