Forestry mulcher operator
Level: expert.
I will not train. Please don't waste my time trying to fool me. Just knowing how to mulch isn't good enough. You need to be fast and do clean work without being hard on the equipment.
You must have 1000 hours experience Forestry Mulching experience in skidsteers with knives, Mulching big trees, working independently for private land owners around houses, Roads, fences, and on larger jobs.
Pay is $350- $500 per day. $500 per day is after 1 year with me.
Part time-full time.
Operator is responsible for operator error damages.
Must be able to drive a truck and 30ft gooseneck with equipment.
Daily routine:
arrive at shop at 6am. (Truck and equipment should be ready to go)
text customer eta, arrive at jobsite ( 5 minutes - 2hour range, most local) , sign contract and go over job, 15 minutes, 8 hours machine work time.
Daily maintenance machine, jobsite, sharpen teeth, grease, fuel, air filter, blow radiators, check fluids, clean out debris.
Daily maintenance truck and trailer. Ck fluids, ck all air pressure (tpms), ck lights, ck hub oil.
Daily maintenance should take 1hr.
return to shop and replenish fuel, supplies and any tools that could possibly be needed for any possible situation. Be 100% ready for the next day.
devote your day to work and getting your whole job done. When you work that day everything else is secondary.
