I'm repairing a rental property and need an experienced carpenter to shore up two entry doors and plane a third one that is sticking. The first two need new thresholds (rotting) and the door jamb's need to be secured. The third just needs to be removed, planed and put back on. There are a couple of other minor things that need to be fixed. It will be a day's work and I will pay you $200. You will have to go to Home Depot and buy the wood to replace the thresholds. The home is located in the Woodlands off Grogan's Mill close to I-45. No calls please. Must speak English.
