We are a 5-Star Roofing Company with over 15 years of experience in the roofing industry. We specialize in insurance claims and 95% of our clients’ projects are handled through insurance. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join us!
As an Appointment Setter, you will go door-to-door to connect with homeowners and schedule free roof inspections. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping them start the process toward protecting their homes while generating new business for the company.
This role is ideal for someone with Roofing, Solar, or similar experience in door-to-door sales who is motivated by commissions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
Must speak English (Bilingual – Spanish is a strong plus)
Friendly, persuasive communication style
Goal-driven with a positive attitude
Requirements:
-Proven door-to-door sales experience (Roofing, Solar, or similar required)
-Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
-Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
-Customer service experience: 1–2 years (Preferred)
-Must be self-motivated and prepared to knock doors (Everyone in our company does, from new hires to 10-year veterans)
Compensation & Details:
(We can discuss payment depending on experience)
1099 Contract – Compensation discussed based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-time or Part-time (minimum 20 hours/week)
