Job Summary:
As our Technologist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our website, social media presence, AI/ML agent creation and management, and project management tools. You will work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of technology and business operations. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and improving our digital infrastructure, ensuring high-quality user experiences, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain our website, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML agents to automate tasks, improve customer service, and enhance business operations
Manage and maintain project management tools, ensuring efficient project planning, execution, and tracking
Collaborate with the development team to integrate technology and business operations, ensuring seamless workflows and data exchange
Analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions, identify trends, and optimize processes
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, best practices, and industry developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our digital infrastructure and operations
Provide technical support and training to non-technical team members as needed
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred - web development, social media management, AI/ML development, and project management specialties considered
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and projects
Nice to Have:
Experience with real estate development or a related industry a plus
Knowledge of real estate software and systems, such as CRM, ERP, or property management systems
Familiarity with data visualization tools and current AI tools
Certification in AI/ML, data science, or a related field a plus
