- Part-time position: 20-25 hours/week, some weekends required
Primary job functions include:
-Searching in a computer software contact management database for commercial real estate property
-Researching commercial real estate properties online
-Organizing results into contact management software
-requires one year time commitment
-Inputting Commercial Real Estate Data into Advanced Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets
-Website Management
-Internet Marketing
-Social Media Advertising

Qualifications
Requires extensive computer experience
Must be above average Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Applications
