Service Technician
Requirements:
- Install, configure, and test computer networking systems
-Perform software troubleshooting to resolve technical issues for clients.
-Conduct field service visits to diagnose and repair equipment on-site.
-Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service requests.
-Interpret schematics and technical documentation to assist in repairs and installations.
-Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during each job.
-Provide support for hardware issues, ensuring optimal performance of copier systems.
-Assist with computer networking tasks, including setup and configuration of network devices.
-Stay updated on OEM specifications and best practices for equipment repair.
-Able to Work Independently
- Provide technical support to customers and address their inquiries
- Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed, Remote Tech
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficient in IT and computer networking
- Familiarity with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) guidelines and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Good Driving Record
