Responsibilities:
- Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive salon atmosphere
- Schedule appointments and manage salon calendar
- Supervise and train salon staff, including receptionist, nail technicians, estheticians, and cleaners
- Oversee inventory management and order salon supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care, and beauty treatments
- Collaborate with staff to create and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience:
- Must have an experiences with hospitality in general or customer services experiences
- Proven experience as a salon manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of nails techniques, including nails polishing, nails trending, spa and facial and eyelash extensionsetc is a plus
- Familiarity with retail math for inventory management and sales tracking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and staff
- Proficiency in using salon management software

Pay: 45,000 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
5 days/ week
1 weekend day
