We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team! Applicant must be highly motivated, with lots of energy, and have strong people skills. Bi-lingual is a Plus! The position is open to start immediately! Base + commission.
Job Requirements:
MUST have a minimum 1 year of experience with automotive sales
Strong typing & people skills
Professional attitude with a desire to succeed
Needs to be punctual and meet deadlines
Must be a team player and be able to communicate efficiently with various departments
Job Responsibilities:
Call customer leads and references (outbound calling)
Handle marketing for the dealership.
Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads.
Set appointments.
Meet specified monthly targets and goals.
Field inbound phone calls on a daily basis; make at least 50 outbound/inbound phone calls to gain new growth for the dealer
Generate sales appointments to promote greater revenue
Efficiently record all customer interaction-activity in the Company's customer database system; enter notes on a timely basis, and write in a professional, clear, grammatically correct manner with complete details listed.
