We are a small and established moving company. We are looking for an additional inside salesperson to join our team.
The main responsibility is listening to the customers’ needs, making recommendations, selling our service, responding to inquiries, providing estimates, managing customer accounts, and following up with sales process from start to finish, and providing superb customer service and sales support to our potential clients.
This is a full-time position in office position. This is a weekly base plus commission. Workdays are Mon - Fri and 2 Saturday a month.
This candidate must have strong work ethics, communications skills, and proven sales exp to join our team. If you have heavy sales experience with phone sales, comfortable speaking to customers, closing out and following up with jobs thoroughly, then we are looking for you! PLEASE RESPOND WITH your resume demonstrating your previous accomplishments and sales history. Minimum 2 plus years moving industry sales, Bilingual English/Spanish, or proven experience with outside sales/estimating local and long-distance moves a huge plus!
If you’re a low energy person, not a quick learner, not tech savvy to learn new software, don’t have reliable transportation, no previous sales experience, not comfortable working or not able to thrive in a small office environment, worried about background checks and screening, then this is NOT a good fit for you.
