Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate sales team
Desk deals, manage pricing, approve trade-ins
Process financing, work with lenders, ensure funding
Complete title processing and deal cleanup
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in auto sales or finance
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Knowledge of dealership management software (DealerCenter preferred)
Organizational skills for managing paperwork and titles
Schedule: Full-Time, includes Saturdays
Pay: Base salary + commission (OTE $60k–$90k+ depending on performance)
