Position Title: Product Sales Manager

Reports To: Reginald McClain

Position Overview:

The Product Sales Manager for Patsco Windshield Repair Patch is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strategic relationships within the automotive repair and maintenance industry. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly in B2B markets, who can effectively communicate the benefits of the Patsco Windshield Repair Patch and its patented technology to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for the Patsco Windshield Repair Patch.

Identify and target key markets, customer segments, and potential distribution channels.

Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including automotive repair shops, dealerships, and distribution partners.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the unique benefits and features of the Patsco Windshield Repair Patch.

Compensation:

Salary: $79,685.00 to $93,226.00
