Commission only opportunity:
Searching for a hard-working, high-character, lead hunter who wants to be involved in and learn about the commercial funding business.
What’s not required: commercial finance experience
What is required: sales experience, professionalism, great communication skills, tenaciousness, ability to learn quickly, and a desire to learn the commercial finance business.
Compensation:
This is a commission only business so you should have another more reliable job/income source. Your other employment should be virtual or very flexible in nature.
1. You will be paid $100 per lead. A lead is business owner you find as you canvas the small business community who needs funding, speaks to me, and submits their application for funding along with the required documentation.
2. You will earn a discretionary bonus each month based on what leads you generated that actually led to a closed loan. This bonus will be 10% of the commission earned. Average commission may be $3k to $5k so you could earn a bonus of $300 to $500 on top of the $100 you earned for the lead, once the loan closes. There is no cap.
