Key Responsibilities:
Assist in inspecting and documenting property damage for insurance claims
Review insurance policies to identify coverage details
Support senior adjusters in preparing and submitting claims

Learn industry regulations, Texas insurance laws, and public adjusting best practices
Qualifications:
No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive training!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel within Texas required)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
Ability to obtain a Texas Public Adjuster License (we will guide you through the process)
Preferred (Not Required):
Interest in insurance, real estate, or construction
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar software
