Reports to: Director of Sales

Position Overview:

The Inside Sales Representative will primarily focus on setting up estimating appointments for the outside estimating team. This role involves managing inbound inquiries, reaching out to leads, scheduling in-home estimates, and supporting the sales process for residential patio furniture and metal fencing refurbishing. You will ensure the efficient scheduling of estimates and handle follow-up communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and schedule in-home estimating appointments for the outside estimating team, ensuring accurate customer information and efficient coordination.

Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries related to patio furniture and metal fencing refurbishing.

Make a high volume of outbound calls to leads, following up on inquiries and estimates.

Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the appointment setting process and answering any initial questions.

Record and maintain customer information and appointment details in the CRM for accurate tracking.

Assist customers with scheduling drop-offs, pickups, or consultations as needed.

Work closely with the estimating and production teams to ensure smooth communication and handoff of customer information.

Handle any post-service follow-up, including customer feedback and review requests.

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first attitude.

Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service, preferably in a home services or manufacturing environment.

Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and multitask effectively.

Familiarity with CRM software to track leads and customer interactions.

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.

Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
