HVAC Telemarketer / Customer Service Representative – Earn Base Pay + Commission!
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to schedule HVAC service appointments.
Answer inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.
Maintain a friendly, professional, and persuasive approach in all customer interactions.
Achieve and exceed call and appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet goals.
HVAC industry experience is a plus but not required—we provide training!
