Job requirements and responsibilities are:
Fluent ENGLISH AND SPANISH ARE A MUST! Working Weekends opening and closing the office on time each day, answering phones, showing storage rooms to new tenants, collecting rent, checking customers in and out. When not doing general office duties you must be able to walk the property every day, some maintenance, repairs are involved, also maintaining the facilities cleanliness, checking locks, etc. You must do this without constant supervision. Good communication skills, both on the phone and in person, also basic computer skills. If you know how to type, it sure is a plus Come and fill an application.
